Your name, e-mail address, phone number and other identifying information
will be used by CustomLead to help us maintain your account.
With respect to cookies: We set cookies only to assist you in the log-in
process to your Account Administration.
You can access your personal identifying information from your
Account Administration at any time and make amendments,
corrections or other updates as necessary.
Your name, e-mail address, mailing address and other identifying
information will NOT be sold or exchanged with any outside party
or organization without your permission, unless required by law.
You may close your CustomLead Account at any time, as outlined
in the Terms and Conditions statement. Upon termination of your
CustomLead account we will cancel your account and delete
your personal identifying information.
From time to time we may distribute group statistics collected
by our system. However your personal information will not be
revealed, and you will not be identifiable from the reports
submitted.
You may receive periodic emailings and/or postal mailings from
us with information on new products and services or upcoming
events. If you do not wish to receive such correspondence
from us in the future, simply close your CustomLead Account,
as outlined in the Terms and Conditions statement.
With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have
special relationships with any ad server companies.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new,
unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice.
If our information practices change at some time in the future we
will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of them.
You will then be provided with ample time to close your
CustomLead Account before the new practices are instituted.

should check back at our Web site periodically.
